Hey I know this might sounds like a dumb question to you guys but I am very new to coins and was hoping someone may help me out?

So I have this dime and I noticed in the word "LIBERTY" beginning with the letter "E" on the first (top) vertical line that it is flatted or doubled, then it continues with the top of the circle in the letter "R" & "T" then when it gets to "Y" the left side looks more shaded than any other dime I have looked at.
Also it looks like the boarder on one side is thicker than on the other side ...

If someone please help me grade this coin and identify what that is or if its normal, I apologize for wasting your time!!

Misaligned Die, and as a result what is likely Mechanical Doubling. Extremely common on Roosevelt dimes and your example is too minor to truly demand a premium.

As for the grade: I see a large mark from the temple down to the bottom of the neck, which is a huge distracting mark in my opinion. Possibly a lesser mark from edge of mouth into the cheek. Contact marks on both branches and the torch as well as a few letters on the reverse. Luster is not broken, which is nice, but would need better pictures and different angles to determine otherwise. That long shadow to 8 / 9 o'clock is likely hiding a few hairlines in there.

MS63 based on the images provided.
