It happens to be P-187 from my SCWPM (& issued between 15/2/1922 - 4/6/1947). It is very difficult to comment on the possibility of whether it has been processed (cleaned or pressed) but if you suspect it has- then it probably has (-at least pressed). Furthermore, I cannot predict how much this would effect the price.
