Russia, 10 rubles, 1909 model but issued until 1917.

It is not particularly valuable, these notes can be bought on ebay for a few dollars.

Thanks, erafjel. This came with a bunch of other currency and coins from an old aunt who died a couple years ago. I'm first getting around to looking at the paper money. I am not sure what to do with it.

By the way, I'm a big fan of the World Coin Gallery for identifying coins -- is there a similar site for currency?

Sorry for late answer, but a bit more detailed info.
Note series - "DO" says it's official issue of Empire Government, not Provisional Government or later Soviet issue. This is good.
Note is in poor conservation but when approaching one of these notes please pay attention to signatures. There are two of them - upper signature belongs to Manager of Bank - at this example it's "Shipov" - very common one. Lower signature put by teller of the Bank. There are 13 different teller's signatures available and some combinations of Manager and Teller signatures are considered not common or even rare issues and might have certain value. This note is signed by teller "Baryshev". Combination "Shipov" + "Baryshev" is common with price up to $1. Other Managers - "Timashev" or "Konshin" would be a bit more valuable. Well none signature combination is Manager "Konshin" + Teller "Brut" and normally these notes are valued more since they were believed to be a lucky one. Even professional poker players from ex-Russia sometimes carry in the wallet a so called "Brut rouble" :)
