They are all normal. Not 32 far. I would say you can look it up on ebay to see some real ones but people list a lot of near ones as a far 2.

This is the first real one that pops up for me. Obviously not mine. As you can see the 2 is extraordinarily close to the 3, and far from the leaf. Side by side with a 1932 near it is pretty dramatic.

Yes, the 3-2 space delineates things alot more clearly than the distance from the leaf.
