I think the long thin scratch on the date side would detail this coin.

EF40 there is wear on Elizabeth's hair.
And it has a scratch as mentioned by Coinfrog.
It is a common NSF far leaf variety.
Even if it were MS65 the cost of grading and shipping would exceed the value for this coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
