Nevermind, I see this question was asked a few posts earlier, and I see The Royal Mint website has a landing page for the set but you have to sign up for information with a future date for release.

My memory is terrible. Has there ever been a reverse proof medal released by the Mint?

Looks like the gold prices are posted - $1500 for the set and $715 for the reverse proof

the lone silver/gold reverse proofs are the ones to get
four sets going on sale at the same time will be another nightmare
Going to ignore the proof sets

@Jason, why do you say that? I am on the fence about this release. For one, I don't care about the UK coins, and second I don't care for the medals, but it seems to be hot on ebay once again.

If I go for one it'll be the silver reverse proof medal. Can't stand the queens portrait on coins.

The mintages seem low relative to those of ASE's. However, they're high relative to mintages of US silver medals, modern US gold commemoratives and modern British commemoratives. I want the British proof coin & US silver medal set because I collect some British coins and like the subject matter. However, I'd bet the gold coins are just going to be a bit above spot in a few years.

I am interested in the silver releases but given the recent experiences with the US Mint site crashing like it has done two recent releases, so I don't know if I should try to order from the US Mint or wait to see what The Royal Mint offers (of course their site often struggles with new popular releases - Peter Rabbit series coins/Winnie the Pooh series coins). I have asked two people who sometimes know when releases will happen at The Royal Mint and they have no additional news about this joint release. Seems to be a mixed opinion about how popular this release will be.

Not going for this. The coins/medals don't interest me and the stress of navigating the website isn't worth the risk/reward for solely flipping. More worthwhile if I'm trying to get something I want in the collection that will appreciate in value (still enjoying my 2019-S ERP I had to fight to get on the site and hold my breath sending for grading). I may go for the uncirculated AGE on Thursday but still deciding.
Good luck to those braving the site on Tuesday.

Haven't decided yet, but will likely do the 2-coin silver set. Just don't want the frustration again.

Here is the text from The Royal Mint email: In 2020 the world commemorates 400 years since the challenging and ambitious sailing of the Mayflower - the ship that brought the Pilgrims to the New World. For many Americans, this is where the story of the United States begins. Thank you for signing up for updates - we are pleased to inform you that our special joint sets in collaboration with the United States Mint will be available to buy on our website from 1pm tomorrow, 17 November. While the US Mint email says: The product you requested a reminder for will be available on November 17 at 12pm ET. While the US Mint web site says, it is this 9 AM ET. ----------------- No pricing yet for The Royal Mint offerings.
