Slightly fuzzy images.
Could be AU-58 or MS-65.

Photos are still a little fuzzy, but based on what you posted, I'd say MS-65. Better photos would help to tell if this is anywhere near accurate though.

Not seeing any shine from cartwheel luster..if it has it, I'd put it at MS-65+
