Needing so help on this opinions please .its a 1999 P Washington State Quarters . On the obverse side AM is missing in America. I am very new to this hobby. Still learning on how to take photos an post them .

Looks like a Connecticut State Quarter, not a Washington State (kidding, I know you meant George). Looks like a minor Struck Through Grease. No real value above face, especially in that condition.
