Found this one today in a 50$ bank bag, I almost thru it back because the CE in CENT looks like MD.

Those are very rare, fewer than a dozen known to exist at my last count. It would be a very high value coin if the bigger 1983 DDR didn't exist. I would say it's in line with what Coindexter said...about $250 in AU, $500 in red mint state. If one existed in MS66RD it would easily be a $1000 coin.
