Agreed, CF-45. Scratch/hit on the dentils below 0 that carries over the 7 could be a problem, can't tell with the lighting.

Edit: meant XF-45.....but I guess we can call it a Coinfrog-45

Sorry folks , stick in the mud is in town . Who here would honestly pay EF-45 money for that particular coin . Come on lets be honest . Most of you know I don't sugar coat a coin unless it deserves it . Besides a bunch of issues there is decent wear on both sides of this coin . VF-30 is the most I can stretch this IHC .
Sorry Tom , but just giving my honest opinion .

sorry t-bop. I'm at XF45 also. some luster still peeking through. ribbon separation from hair. bold liberty with full outline, feathers sharp with minor wear, rounded cheek. the wear on the wreath is a tad bit more than I like to see for a 45 but the bow is fully separated.

i'll eat my shorts if this coin came back as VF30

XF-45 or even AU-50 here. Decent coin for an album or circulated type set. The 1907 is the most common Indian cent with a mintage over 108 million. This example is worth $10 or less, not a candidate for certification.
