I'd say a good shot at MS-64.

I am still trying to learn how to grade these in the MS range myself--I am thinking 64, as it seems to have cleaner surfaces than some 63s I have seen.

Nice pick! MS64 seems reasonable. I have one example that's bagged and tagged 14A...

the 00(O) are known for average strikes. this one is AVG for the year but the breast seems a little weak. broken luster and rub on both sides will hold surface preservation down. eye appeal is average. taking that into consideration I think that holds at MS63
