I like the # (it's somewhat fancy). Four 4's, 3 & 2. However, condition is pretty questionable. If asked whether I'd keep it (or whether it is 'collectible' or whether I could sell it) then you might get a less enthusiastic reaction.

In that condition the note has no premium over face. Agree the serial does catch the eye. But not fancy/special enough to offset the condition.
