I've seen it in a video before, but this is my first time finding it. Anyone know what this error is called again? I know it occurs when another coin comes into contact with another coin at a high velocity or something.

Please show us full pics of both sides of the coin. Very difficult to evaluate from a close-up like this.

Doesn't have a name as such because it's not an error. PMD will cover it though.

Looks like PMD from the reeded edge of another coin, but really hard to tell exactly what we're looking at here with only one super close-up shot and nothing else to contextualize it.

Please ALWAYS show us both sides of your coin and close-ups of questionable areas. Thank you.

As Nevol said, it doesn't really have a name. It is a contact mark from a reeded coin's edge.
