From the photos provided, it looks like a normal well circulated Wheat penny worth 1 cent.

The Wheat penny missing a digit is probably due to a Grease Filled Die and due to condition probably still only worth about face value.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.
