Well guys I WAS WRONG, Last night I was told by an ebay rep that ebay had removed the refund request, because I had brought it to ebay's attention that the buyer had left a positive feedback about it, acknowledging that he had received it, and they had seen where the buyer said in his emails that he had said "that it was a nice coin, and thanked me for it. BUT it was too bad I had sent it without tracking, because he was going to get a refund for it." MGreen kept telling me for the last week that he has never lost a case and he would win this one too. It seems that at the last moment he appealed yesterday's decision and the refund was granted. I find it VERY hard to describe how I feel about ebay with out using some Canadian Cuss. Maybe it's time to lawyer up, and have ebay reimburse us. Totally pathetic! One thief is more valuable than 25-30 sellers! At least I got a very nice email from him. Roy, I am sorry the resolution didn't work out in you're favour. I hope this 1935 silver dollar is coming. It sure is a nice valuable coin with 428,700 minted. So is the 1925 penny with 1,000,622 mined. The lowest minted penny of the Canadian small cent penny series. One in worn condition can easily sell for 30-$40 dollars. These key dates are only going up in value. I can see maybe one not coming but two. It sounds like something fishy is going on here. I wonder if you forgot to send it or is some other sinister thing really going on here. I hope you did really send these coins. It could very well just be Covid-19. Conundrums can sometimes be difficult to unpack and understand; especially for you. As you are a seller I do appreciate and respect that. I have no hard feelings and would be interested in buying from you again in the near future. Especially since your not so keen on tracking numbers. I am not a fan of tracking numbers. It reminds me of that thread when a seller said I didn't want to buy the item as soon as I realized it would come with tracking. How would I even know if it would come with tracking? Some interesting questions with no answers. I look forward to buying from you again! Matthew

@grampscoins1 - that is creepy that he referenced my post at the beginning of this thread - he is obviously quite invested (in both time and ego) in his own skulduggery. By the by, the reasons he knew / assumed that it would be untracked is because I lay out the shipping terms explicitly in my listings. At the end of the day, simply never shipping to anyone matching any of his details :/

Hey guys, - it seems we've been barking up the wrong tree. I just found a website that ebay has. Spoof@ebay.com They are the people who handle any reports of scams, theft, threats, and fraud. those 4 words describe or problem, quite nicely!

Unbelievably cocky and smug. Since the fraud is perpetrated through deliveries to the Na-Me-Res residence in Toronto, maybe one approach would be to have them deal with the problem. I would think they should have some liability, and they should realize they are at risk.

New message from: mgreen3481 (354Turquoise Star) Roy,
I have a software problem developed to program spam and I thought I would give it a try and I was successful. I got your little thread site to shut down. Like I said before Roy, I always win. Thanks for everything by the way. Now you don't have a little support group to cry too.

He sent me an email through the contact form back when this thread started threatening to sue me. I just ingored it. But this morning I dug it up and used his IP address to send him to a "Site Closed" page. So he thinks this site has completely shut down...... and he's trying to say HE did it! (Don't tell him)

That's priceless! I don't have a dog in this fight, but as an ebay seller, I'm disgusted by his arrogance. I think someone should notify his group home residence that they will be held responsible for participating in this scam.

I just called 613.966.0706 and spoke with his mommy. she couldnt believe her son would do such things and I advised her that he needs to be honest and give us our previously refunded money back. I also advised her of the RCMP report and the call to the shelter he lives in. she said she would talk to him and I believe she will. She seemed like a very nice lady. too bad her son wasnt more like her.

I called the number he had listed in his PayPal account and it happened to be his mom's number so I spoke with her. I'm not certain of the total amount he's scammed but it's in the thousands from dozens of dealers.
