In this case - I proved to
ebay that MGreen3481 had received the coin and was very happy with it, with his positive feed back and with the emails that he had sent me.
I brought it to
ebay's attention that MGreen had the positive feedback changed to a negative, - in order to get the refund, and he wrecked my 100% efficiency. I had this reversed, but the positive feedback was gone!
I brought it to your attention that MGreen was boasting in his emails, that even though he received the coin, he was going to get a refund also.
I told him: "good luck with that"
I was ASSURED by the callback centre that he could NOT get a refund, because of his known activity, and my reporting of what he was doing to buyers.
Somehow MGreen was awarded his refund, after all of the hours I spent with this case.
It seems to me, -
ebay SOULD NOT make me refund the known thief, when HE ADMITS THAT HE GOT THE COIN, even though it was sent without tracking.
After the refund was granted, he sent me an email:
"Thanks for the FREE COINS loser.
I have no idea why ONE THIEF is more important than 40-50 of your best sellers on
ebay.
I GIVE UP!
