Sorry to say: "I can see the (W) from what I see
from these tired old eyes...and "ghostly" is a good word.
If in fact this was a "No Designers Intial's" I think it would be the first discovered...I could be wrong on that assumption but I do know that the 43 and 45 are the years noted in most resources devoted to variety specimens.

Ok...The Grade?
Looks nice enough to be a lower end MS probably
in the range of 62 or 63.
It could be better and it's late.
