Yes, you guys are right about the postmark date of the sealed box needs to be before the cutoff. I was reading it needed to be received by PCGS before the cutoff even in the sealed box. I need to work on my reading comprehension skills.

Quote: In other news, my v75 Gold finally made it to PCGS's encapsulation stage, grades not available, but today a PR67 appeared in the population. So I am praying that's not mine LOL Have you received your AGE back from PCGS yet? Decided whether you'll be keeping or selling?

wyzeguy - I just got notice it shipped out today. Unbelievably slow for "express" service and well past the advertised turnaround of 10 business days. The big dealers must have special agreements that push their inventory to the front of the line. But I got a PR70 so I won't complain anymore. I will probably keep it. https://www.PCGS.com/cert/40831381

About a year late but I finally got the last silver medal graded that I got off ebay for about $100 - luckily turned out to be PR70! I got the other three coins at issue price.

Update on value/sales of the V75 Gold Eagles....3 PCGS graded PR-70s sold on Heritage last night for (2) $20,400 and (1) $21,600 which included buyer premium. Not a bad return after 5 years on a coin that cost $2,600. plus grading fees.
