Not sure what to make of this one, the weight is correct (3.14g) and there is no die rotation.

It looks like some sort of collar break but the damage on the reverse and scratches on the obverse makes me suspect I may be wrong about that. Curious piece

Obverse looks to just be damage, basing that in the displaced metal along the scratches.

Reverse, I'm leaning towards PMD. To me, if this did happen during the strike, I would expect to see some obverse strike weakness/ distortion in the devices. This is quite the opposite, with a relatively strong obverse strike.
