Color does not appear correct with this lighting. Looks like it was photographed under florescent light,

Try using natural lighting, or incandescent lighting, to get a better representation of the true color of the coin.

just based on the photos provided MS64. photos are little small to see any wear patterns

Maybe MS61/62. A lot of marks in right OBV field and face took some hits. LIBERTY is either worn or an extremly weak strike. Hard to tell in these photos.

Maybe I'm just getting grumpier with time but I'm not seeing a mint state coin. There is some bright original luster below the date and between the right-side obverse stars, and between the letters of the reverse legends. The fields however are darker with little remaining luster. Looks like there is light wear on Liberty's head. Surface looks rough in the lower right obverse which hurts eye appeal.
AU-55, and not particularly choice for that grade.
