Value dependent on grade.
Unfortunately, pictures not in sharp enough focus to grade accurately.
At EF (British grading system), value would be around U.S. $50.

Not a high grade coin. The leaves are worn flat. In higher grade, there is detail to the leaves. I am thinking more like F-VF.

Selling prices for this coin on ebay are all over the map. FOr instance, there was a lot containing both the 50 mil and 100 mil coins in similar grade that sold Sept. 10 for $43. Because of the grade and the cleaning, I would not offer very much.

Photo is a bit blurry so hard to tell. I got a 1939 from numiscorner and as it was from France and based on the European Grading system, I probably paid at the high end of retail for it. Nevertheless, I didn't mind as the site and shop has an excellent reputation and the packaging and protection offered was quite good. For them it was judged an AU50-53.

It seems there are many hairlines and small scratches from some wear and not much luster so at best I can say an EF. But as one commentator mentioned it could be lower grade.

I do recommend Numiscorner for World coins --- just be aware everything is in Euros and so you may pay a little higher due to exchange rates as well as the shipping cost.
