some guy on facebook trying to sell me a 1955 doubled die EF 45 for $1500 not sure if that a good price what you guys think should I buy it or wait

EF stands for Extra Fine, as in XF. EF-45 is one grade below AU-50. I'd say the price is far too high for an EF coin. This is a very common coin, so you can afford to shop around heavily and get a much better deal.
