This weighs 10.9 grams and has a diameter of aboyt 28 millimeters.

The side with the seated figure has a greek legend-I can see a Sigma and other letters near the feet.

the standing figure with an extended arm has a Karosthi legend.

So this certainly narrows the period to 100-200 BCE and the Indo-Greek states.

Unfortunately I cannot narrow it down further

thanks, @bob. In hand, it seems about a close a match as possible. Sadly, mine is substantially poorer than the Stephen Album specimen.

AZOY ("of Azes") is relatively clear below the seated figure.
