On the obverse of the coin at his eyebrows the left side seems to have some sort of bump and the right side is strange to me so please have a look.
On the reverse on either side of the building you will see a bump of some sort and in the o of Monticello. Please help me identify the cause.

Chips are very common on the single squeeze dies. They have a low profile, and tend to break off any area on the dies.
