Hello, I'm planning on buying this 1894 5 cent. What grade do you think it is and what value would you assign it?

That's a thing of beauty. A few little dings on the reverse side rims but otherwise an outstanding coin. I would think AU-58 or lower level MS?

I'll say AU-55, perhaps 58.

Thanks for the responses guys, In my opinion I thought it would be a little lower because of its lack of luster, but I'm an amateur. But I guess it makes sense due to the amount of detail on the coin.

I'd say AU55-58 too. There's too many disruptions to be more, me thinks.

I'll be very curious to see how much it goes for - predicting a feeding frenzy in the 35 second lead up to the end of the ebay listing.

What I don't like about ebay auctions is that everyone bids at the start even though only the last few seconds count

Easily EF-40 to EF-45. The date is smudged leading me to think - wear. I have an AU 1894 five cent piece here and it looks sharper.
