I think the grade of this cent is around AU.
What do you guys think?

Not AU. There's not enough detail in the kings garments or his beard, etc to reach AU.

Even if this coin is uncirculated it would get a VF30 or EF40 at best due to a weak obverse strike, me thinks.

I am suspicious of an old cleaning as well.

I'll say EF-40 with some ED issues.

I think it could reach EF-45

The ear wear will top it at EF-40.

I tend to think it has not been cleaned however - it looks as though there's some halo effect on the obverse which would tend to imply that the toning has not been messed with.
