nice find on the 43 steel pennies.i get 50.00 bags and I guess before they get to me a magnet pulls all the steel pennies out.although I did find one a couple of weeks ago. still average around 10 wheats per 50.00 in pennies.later greg

Just got my first box of cents.. Mainly for filling up a Lincoln album.. Just curious about the rolls, most are in clear plastic rolls. Are these brinks? Seems like a quick glance could pick out a steel cent in those or anything else that looked exceptionally pretty. ;)

Only about 5 were paper rolled.

I know that Brinks uses the plastic rolls but I don't know if they are the only ones. Problem with looking at the rims is they can be corroded and mislead you. I have been running about 23% copper from Brinks rolls pretty consistently for the last couple of months.

Yea, I'm not sure if Brinks is the only ones using plastic rolls. Nonetheless, all my Brinks boxes are plastic.

No I didn't Thad, that would be silly.

I drilled a hole in it and hung it from the ceiling so everyone is able to see the obverse AND the reverse!

kidding of course

Gothic Florin, I like your stats. I wish I would have kept that up when I started roll searching. I've only done 7 boxes of pennies though. I'll have to reset my stats for next year.
