went through 15$ worth today and found a 1940 canadian...oldest find to date...also found 2 really nice 59 D pennies which I would consider AU+ because I only consider something BU if it was in a complete roll or mint set tho....i also found a 1960D which I believe is a small date in really nice shape also...it looks to have some sort of doubling around the 6 but I cant match it to anything on coppercoins...i put it on the variety forum so ill see what they say....worst wheat average tho I only had 3 out of the 15$

Finishing up a box and found a penny that looks like it fell into a can of green paint. Weirdest thing.

Ben - the 60 D has some type of master die issues for that year... the 6 and 9 sometimes look squared off, or doubled, but they are common.

Not a roll hunter, not looking for lincolns, but I'm still looking for a 1972 UK penny. I look at every penny I get, but it sounds like Ill need to go to the bank to get a few bags of the things. Let me tell you, its darn difficult to get yourself a bag of pennies in the UK.

Found yesterday roll searching my normal $10.00 daily.

All bank wrapped (String & Son Wrappers).
1909P VDB, 1912D and a 1914S.

The 1912D is in pretty bad shape, but the 09P-VDB and the 14S are not that bad.

1909P VDB
