your 1996 and 1986 cents look more like gas bubbles than a struck through

are they above the surface or recessed

I thought that too and went ahead and poked them. they didn't budge using a fingernail. I was afraid to use a metal pick. I might try some hard plastic...

Austrian 1862 B 1 Kreuzer. Only 11,599,000 minted. This also sets a new record for the oldest coin I've got from circulation.

I got 15 CWR. 14 of them were skunk, they didn't even have 1 copper cent. The last one was 100% copper and had 2 wheat cents (1954, 1940) and 1 canadian (1964).

I found a 1910-S Lincoln Wheat penny. I came by it while I was visiting family in Oregon. Only 6 million were made, 104 years ago! Decent find in my book.

**I just realized this is for bank rolls. I didn't find the coin in a roll, but in store change.

struck through debris above date

Sorry, but I think those are just plating issues. In the second one, it would have effected the date but it looks like it's behind it.

off center

NICE FIND! However, it looks like it could be just a MAD. Is the reverse off too? As a general rule when posting pics, try to show both sides, especially important for off center coins.
