Nice finds CH! I have a feeling your geographical position has you poised to finding nice D mint coins. 1932D is a fun find and finding choice specimen Memorials. Don't forget to check your 72/73Ds for rotational errors. Any chance you found a choice RPM?

Yeah - I'm always tickled to find early Lincoln's. I just wish I could find one in high grade. Mine are always heavily circulated examples that do not appear to have ever had a break in someone's collection. Sorry - no rotations or RPM's in the batch of BU LMR's.

tweak800 - Awesome find, congrats! I've yet to find an IHC after going through 8-10 boxes. I almost posted a congrats to the guy who found the 2005-S but realized that was you too! Very nice finds!!

Just came back from the bank and I was going to search the pennies later but then I dropped the box. As I was picking up the rolls that had fallen a Wheat penny on the top of a roll caught my eye. I decided to open that one up and save the rest for later. The roll was almost entirely filled with wheats; my first box and first roll of pennies ever! Not sure how often this happens to people but it's a pretty exciting start to penny searching for me!

It's a very good start and you should consider returning to the bank if they have more CWRs. It looks like someone's collection was dumped and that might be a great opportunity for you. Have a look at a few random rolls to see if you are in....the money!!

Some of those wheat pennies are even in BU condition, what year are those? Older wheat pennies in that shape can go for a pretty good rate!

I flipped these without looking at the years and after the photo I looked at them to find they were all 50s pennies. Since then I have opened about 10 rolls and found:
2x40s rolls
1x50s roll
2x70s rolls

I'm not too sure if this is someone's garbage coins or collection that was accidentally turned in. Do penny searchers usually dispose of wheats? I know I planned to keep the ones that I found. Hoping I can find some more sorted rolls, maybe some with older than 40s :)

Rackster: Unfortunately I picked up all they had. I wanted to exchange a $25 box of brand new 2015s for circulating ones. The teller asked all the nearby tellers how much they had and came up with a total of $20 in these CWRs.

BlueSolo - I think most searchers do keep the wheat cents. Even the 40's/50's in circulated average condition are worth like 3-4 cents I think.

Depending on how much you want to get into the hobby, might be worth keeping a few rolls of the newer ones as well (ex: your 2015's). Might be worth a small premium after some years pass given they would be in perfect uncirculated condition.
