I have been looking for Close AM varieties in my 1992 cents (still haven't found one). Now we have a 1998 Wide AM? So I presume that other 1998 cents are Close AM? What other wide/close AM varieties should I be looking for? Are there any "normal" AM varieties? How do I tell the difference? Or is "normal" the wide varieties for some years (like 1992) and the close varieties for other years (like 1998). And what about the close "TA" varieties? And if I sandwich a nickel between two quarters, let one quarter drop off to a platform twelve inches below and the nickel then goes with it, which coin will land on the platform first? Which weighs more--a pound of gold or a pound of feathers? So much to learn and so little time (and brain capacity). . . Report this Post to the Staff
