This roll had a 1964-D that someone attempted to chrome: It also had a late Wheat cent and a Canadian. Strange box.

That is amazing, eaglefoot. I have done 20 boxes lately, and the earliest Lincoln I have found is 1918. Great finds!

I've had a pretty good week of coin-roll searching. (It is going to hard to go back to work when my vacation time is over.) It took 90,000 cents in recent months, but I just found my first IHC. It is 1903! When I turned it over, I discovered that the obverse is in pretty bad shape. But, I'm still thrilled.

Awesome ! IHC's are the gold standard for me when I'm searching through Lincolns. Truly a rare find in any condition these days...

Some Verdi-care might be warranted. It will not cure the disease, but it will stop the bleeding. I think it would be worth the effort to preserve your first IHC find, its value being more sentimental than monetary.

The whole state counterstamp set was selling for $50.00 at the LCS. A dollar a coin! Nice find.

I just found two rolls entirely consisting of 1995s - and they are not BU rolls! All the coins were obverse first in the paper wrapper. Methinks someone has been though this batch of coins.
