Found this one last night. OBV. is still bright red, REV. has a finger print on it but still in great condition.

Definitely a doubled die (not 'double' die), and it's probable that it could be 1964D-1DR-002, but better images of possible markers would be necessary to identify it with clarity.

The doubling look close, but the doubling doesn't show on the TED on the 1964D-1DR-002. Yours has notches on the E & D on UNITED. Very close doubling, just slightly different. Nice find!

The mint mark location is very close. It is just a shade higher than 002. So it might be a new listing for coppercoins?

I took another look at it and I think you are right Coop, The doubling and notches on AMERICA are different to. The mint mark looks slightly rotated (cw). Ill have to send it in.
Thanks Coop and Chuck
