Trying to get a good pic of what I see through my eye loupe is most difficult. The only scope I am able to afford is the standard 20.00 USB microscope; so the lighting from it washes out pic or makes it appear totally flat. Takes me awhile to get the proper pic for you all to peruse.
I'll keep trying to figure it out - and I may be wrong anyways.
Don't worry about not being able to afford a microscope. I know many here use only the cameras on their cell phones, and they do a fantastic job. Even my older iPhone 8 is able to zoom in 8 times (many times lower magnification is better anyways). Coin photography is tricky anyway with shiny surfaces, especially on newer coins. Hang in there!
