Quote: Boujie A person who embodies an attitude or state of mind of superior taste, inclination toward posh and luxurious goods, magnificent fashion sense, and an ultra chic persona that lends to the title of being Boujie. ok I get it now... Would you consider this a 'fixer-upper'?

One more coin to add to the 7070 came in today, but no camera, so pictures early next week.

Quote: Oooh, I hate waiting - but I have no choice, do I Sooo.... popcorn John here is a little secret. I added the coin to the registry set, so it's on the registry but the picture isn't mine. But the story of how I got it is pretty interesting, that one you'll have to wait till I get my picture.

Recently NGC added the recent release of Quarters celebrating women's achievement to its registry set which I am doing. I was waiting for the silver quarters to be released. As I had several dollars in my PayPal account, on Wednesday I decided to check out the auctions, The lowest priced graded silver quarter sold for $15.50 shipped which is a great deal as the quarters cost $15 each from the mint, you have to pay to get it graded, so at $15 the dealer loses money. As I am known to do, I look for quarters that are low priced with only a few hours to go before the auction ends. I decide to make bids not on 1, but on 4 coins that are low priced with only a few hours to finish. I bid $15.72 each which was slightly above the lowest price but not crazy. I figured if I get 1 I was done. First coin at 6PM I win not at $15.50 but $9.61 shipped KATCHING. Woot Woot, I made out! At 10PM, I lose the next coin, it sold for over $25. No big deal. At 11PM , I win the 2nd coin, I get that one for $10.50 KATCHING again. I'm like I don't need anymore but Mike at the coin shop will give $20 for each slabbed coin, so I can sell this one. At 12PM I win the 3rd coin at $14.50 KATCHING AGAIN. The number 3 is really doing me well. I do have to move over $6 to buy the last coin, but who cares. I can sell the extra and make some money, or I'll keep 2, the other is going to Charlotte (see the Indian Head cent for that story).

While I liked all the women's quarters my favorite in the Anna May Wong. This was the last of the quarters that I got off of ebay auctions. I'll keep this one in my type set.
