Is this Indian Head penny one that has and '8' over a '7' in the date? The last 8 looks very different from the rest of the numbers in the year. Thank you for looking

Does not look like an 1888/7. Below is a PCGS pic of the 8/7.

Other two 8's in the date appear weak from a light Grease Fill possibly?

The date position relative to the denticles is very close. Can you give us a solid close-up of the last 8 in the date?

Not really seeing any protrusions on the last "8" to indicate a "7" lies underneath.
