I also have this above average Half Crown from 1921.


This is a near EF example, the first debasing of British silver coins in 1920 led to a 50% Silver, 40% Copper and 10% Nickel alloy which gave the coins an unnatural whitish look when fresh, however when they wore like this florin below, they turned a nasty green/brownish colour.


This one is not that bad, but you can see that browning in the fields.
Like Numis Rob said a while ago, a lot of early 20s British silver is usually encountered in G - Fine condition as few people held on to them like the 1910s sterling silver in which lots of EF - UNC can be found.
I agree, all of my early 20s stuff is VG or Fine, with just a few halfcrowns in the VF high VF region.
Also a decent (F/VFish) penny with the "wood graining"
