Otherwise why do you need more than one of any particular coin? Sounds a bit boring to me. But then I collect world coins and there are thousands of different ones of those to collect! I know they don't have any stated plans to make Uncirculated 2009 Cent Mint Rolls with Bronze Alloy planchets, but that would sure justify a premium for the "Mint Rolls" (vs. BU bank rolls), now wouldn't it! The law did specify that they could make 2009 Bronze Cents for numismatic products (sold to collectors), so "Mint Rolls" would qualify.
