MS-65 though the carbon spot above FDR is distracting

Lots of little nicks and the tops of UNITED STAtes have been flattened somehow. Don't know if that will affect the grade or not.....

EDIT: I'll just say MS65 also because of that and see what others say.....

MS64 works for me. All the above plus apparent linear hit lower on the torch and under US.U
