It looks like this coin might be considered "full stairs." Anyone else think so?

Unfortunately, the most important part of the grade for this coin is the "Damaged" designation. It looks like someone used an abrasive substance or tool on it. That absolutely kills collector value. Unless I am missing something in the photo, the coin might have been worth a few bucks before someone tried to improve its appearance. Now, it would be a hard coin to sell for really cheap.

And I have no idea, either, how "full stairs" (meaning "full steps"?) is relevant to a Lincoln Wheat cent. Not heard of that.
Rest in Peace

You must be thinking of the Lincoln Memorial cent .
This coin is VG-8 Details because of all the scratches .

Yes. What T-BOP said. "Details" is probably what it would be officially called by a third party grader, though it does include damage. That's what happens when I am trying to be helpful too early in the morning, waiting for the sun to rise so I can get outside! Coffee hasn't taken effect!

Led Zeppelin knows where the stairs go.

I think Bookworm (above) was being facetious. Coin, unfortunately, is damaged--all those abrasion lines. Worth somewhere between 15 and 25 cents given the condition.

Badly damaged, unfortunately. I'd say VG details (severe scratching}.
