I'm not sure what you mean by "let you know", it'd be impossible for PCGS to try to justify in writing why every coin is given the grade it is.

Personally I believe the coin has been artificially toned.

@Grapecollects...what I was trying to say is that their fees remain the same with cardboard or non cardboard.
This stuff is not cheap, I'm sure you're aware.

Your input and everyone else's is well appreciated. Thanks coin community, what will I do without you

I rather like the idea of "Market Acceptable Toning".

Like most, I do like the appearance of nice rainbow toning, irrespective of how it may have happened.
Because rainbow toning can be unstable over time, I really prefer blast white for MS++ silver coins.
In both cases, air tight preservation is ideal.

Nevertheless,
because of the problem for myself of not being able to establish with 100% certainty if (especially) rainbow toning is artificial or otherwise, I have never ascribed any extra value that nice eye appeal due to toning may confer on a coin.
I fully agree with PCGS "Questionable Color - UNC Detail"
What impact that may have on an intending buyer is entirely up to that individual - not the seller.

For me, those who attempt artificial toning are just wasting their time, and are risking what may have been a beautiful coin by botching the process and not adding any extra value if they are successful.

Uncertain whether how close is from these pictures to the color of the actual coin, but if it what I see from my monitor, its not like some other coins I prefer. Although from my current perspective this doesn't look natural to me either.
