With no mint mark showing, it's a P--struck at the Philadelphia mint.

The only cent minded in Philadelphia with a mint mark was the 2017 cent. So I say your coin is from Philly

That looks like a mint set coin if anything. It doesn't have a proof look.

Yours is a normal Philly business strike cent. If it the Proof that is the missing 'S'.

They are correct. Mint set are different than proof sets. Mint sets are business strike cents. Plain and Denver sets.

so... how to difference a regular circulation coin from the mint sets coins? this are better quality I suppose...
