I have an ANACS 1960 5c PF 67 5 steps that ANACS calls "Dbl Die Rev." It looks every bit FS-801 or "QDR" per varietyvista and info at PCGS and NGC Variety Plus. "E PLURIBUS UNUM" is clearly multiple strikes, the final "O" and other letters of "Monticello" are, too. There is no apparent doubling to the right side of the building and "AMERICA" has multiple strikes.
I have some photos below and altered lighting at time to try to have the letters stand out. Wow, it's challenging to photograph through a case!
Anyone know if ANACS DDR = QDR elsewhere as a rule? I can't seem to find DDR varieties for 1960 proofs listed, just the QDR.
