I hope I'm posting in the right area.

I need some help with my 1974 S penny that I need graded please .

Problems :
-It has a chip above the word "GOD"
-A little bit of green and water damage on the right side of the front and back of the coin.
( sorry I'm still new at this , I don't fully know all the proper words for coins yet)

I didn't notice any doubling on any of the words , but the "S " under the date is thicker then what I see online.

And weight is 3.11 grams ( probably normal for that year )

I'm sorry for the bad photos , I'm trying to get more , if needed I will post more .

If anyone out there that can help me with what grade this coin is and possibly the value too , I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

VF40 for me. Appears to be a common '74 S with a fair degree of circulation warts.

VF-35, worth 1 cent or just a hole filler.

Seems like VF35 to me. Some nice higher points, but too much damage and wear elsewhere. Bow tie and coat are too worn. Hard to find published prices for lower grade 1974-S cents.

Stay well,
