PPorro Valued Member United States 123 Posts	Posted 03/12/2021 12:05 pm I thought I had one of these somewhere in a box. It was packed in "coin collecting books". I lived in the same place for 25 years, then moved, then moved, then moved the office, then shut down the office and moved again. Somewhat in a variation of that, as parts and pieces didn't all happen at once. Everything in storage, moved storage, moved storage... OK so the question is, how common are these sets? I think I bought it from some guy at bowling, probably when these were fresh issues. Middle 80s. I don't mean one by one, I mean as a complete set? I was just getting ready to start weighing every cent that I have and then look at the dates for 1982. This resolves that project and I can move on to something else. Report this Post to the Staff

I see them at coin shows and coin shops--not universally, but often enough to believe they're not terribly rare. I use mine to help break down the '82 cents I come cross. PPorro Valued Member United States 123 Posts	Posted 03/12/2021 12:27 pm That's why I was looking for this one, because I see so many questions of small date, zinc and whatnot. I also printed the weight chart to have at hand when I start sorting things. Now I have a reference guide for 1982 cents. Haven't been to a coin show in years. I always find something, whether it's a book or supplies. These sets would seem to be good for anyone who looks through rolls or pocket change.
