Some of the lines inside of the letters make me ask the question is there something more to this coin? Here on the reverse is what I am asking you to help me understand. That tells me the die was wiped down with a cloth moving the grease towards the outer edges of the die, filling the deepest recesses, preventing the full strike on the outer edges of the die. The heavy die flow also show die aging. So a couple of die events, that warrants no premium, but knowing what it is, is the treasure. Report this Post to the Staff
