The Monroes often come with unattractive toning, this one is certainly not in that category! How is the luster on the coin? Is it unbroken when you rotate the coin in hand? There seem to be a few potential areas of high point rub (especially on the reverse) but these could simply be image artifacts. The toning/color looks natural to me (based on your images), I don't see any major scratches or distracting marks and if the luster doesn't break over the high points (e.g., on the coin's reverse, on the arm of "North America"), then I would say you have a mint state coin in the MS-64 to MS-65 range.
