An Interesting(?) 1991 Quarter With A Very Defined Area Of Greenish Color

I am almost a total beginner who has a pile of coins which I am going through and been reading/learning/sorting/etc. over the past 3-4 months or so. This particular coin looks like it has a thin film of something over just a defined (non jagged) are4a of the reverse. Might this be an interesting coin I should keep or just throw back into the "circulation" pile? Thank you so much for your anticipated responses - including recommendations to just remove this posting. Looking forward to learning a lot more about coins. Report this Post to the Staff
