This looks like a 1937 D 3 leg but is it a fake?

Not seeing standard things people say are supposed to be present on a 1937 D 3 leg.

If it is a fake does it have any value? Is there a market for fakes etc.

If it is not a fake what is condition and value.

Does it hold any value? Do people collect counterfeits?

Counterfeit, and not a terribly good one at that. Might keep it as a conversation piece.

The last thing you want to do is spend this. Terrible suggestion.
