Not my coin, though I don't think that needs to be said A real stunner, though I'm not in agreement with NGC on the grade, so I'd like to hear what you all think.

To me, no better than PR-62 DCAM.

Lots of tiny scuffs and randomly-placed hairlines but no large hits. Doesn't appear to have been harshly cleaned, just mishandled. The deep mirror fields likely exaggerate the field disturbances. I'd say PR-63 DCAM.
Perhaps a coin like this would be relatively affordable. Eye appeal is strong IMO, in spite of the marks.

So is this from your shop or did you find her on line? Now how many of those scratches are on the slab? And what's up with the rev field near the eagles left wing (our right)? Not in agreement with NGC.. ..makes me want to guess PF-64 DCAM

PR63 DCAM ( or Ultra Cam for NGC), tops. Can see a technical 62 but a bump for eye appeal. Great looking example even with the field marks.

PR64 Ultra Cameo. That coin is as big as a pie plate on my screen and those small marks are likely much less noticeable in-hand.

With all of those tiny hairlines and light scuffing in the fields, very close to being impaired, but not quite there, - fortunately. Very light graffiti scratching below AMERICA doesn't help - in danger of attracting a 'comments'.
No wear on the high points, PR-61or2 D-CAM.
Greasy Fingers makes a valid comment about possible scratches on the slab, not the coin.
Nevertheless, I would feel very lucky to have this still attractive coin in my collection!

Those marks on the field are probably accentuated by the mirrored surface, likely imperceptible in hand. The frosted devices are amazing. I'd say at least PF-64, maybe PF-65 DCAM, or even ultra cameo.

Almost 48 hours! Don't wanna cheat and go the GC, so would love to hear the grade NGC administered.

I think it's optimistically graded, I think a 62 or 63 would be more appropriate. But the variety of answers proves to me the coin was worth showing. Always nice to have a good discussion coin.

Wow !At PF-64, most of the marks that we see have to be on the slab. My congratulations to others who graded it right.
